* WHAT DOES THE SHOOT FEE INCLUDE, AND HOW LONG WILL THE SHOOT TAKE?
The shoot will last as long as I feel it needs to. That can be anything from one (1) hour for a location portrait up to three (3) hours for a Christening or Couples shoot, depending on how it is going.
The fee covers my time and expertise, time spent selecting the images to show you and my time in making them look even more fantastic. All in all, this could equate to four (4) or five (5) hours.
*WHAT IS THE RESERVATION FEE?
A signed contract is required to reserve the time and date. So upon your signature PHOENIX RISING PHOTOGRAPHY will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that day; so this means no clock watching. For this reason the Reservation deposit is non-refundable. However, if in the event someone becomes sick and given enough notice PHOENIX RISING PHOTOGRAPHY will re-arrange the shoot. The last thing you want is a memory of how unwell you felt, and I don't want to make my job difficult!
The Reservation deposit is to be paid at time of signing the contract, and is applied towards the contracted photography package.
* WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The most important thing is to dress in something you feel comfortable in. Choose something that flatters you and suits your personality; this is about the real you, its not a fashion shoot. Solid colours are best; large prints, patterns, cartoon characters, sports logos and stripes are distracting to the eye.
*WHEN CAN I SEE THE RESULTS?
All photographs are taken and processed professionally. Viewing your photos takes place in the convenience of your own home at a time that suits you. I will bring my portable DVD player and you can either view them on that or we'll plug it into your TV.
You'll probably love them all so please allow at least half an hour to an hour for the viewing. I absolutely guarantee there is no hard sell. Of course I hope you love them and want to buy lots, but there is no pressure whatsoever.
* DIGITAL PRINTS AND COPYRIGHTS?
The photographs and prints produced by PHOENIX RISING PHOTOGRAPHY are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved) until full payment is made; at which time the copyright to the images are shared by you and PHOENIX RISING PHOTOGRAPHY. A Hi-Res DVD of images will be given to you at time of final payment.
* WHATS REQUIRED FOR A CHRISTENING?
The MOST IMPORTANT thing about your Child's Christening is that you have permission of the Clergyman conducting the service for photographers to be present during the ceremony. And make sure you let PHOENIX RISING PHOTOGRAPHY know if there is any special traditions involved.
